Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using the BulkRender service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms form a binding agreement between you (or the organisation you represent) and BulkRender.

2. Description of Service

BulkRender is a cloud-based document generation platform. You upload DOCX templates, connect your data via the REST API, HubSpot CRM integration, or MCP (Model Context Protocol) server, and the service produces populated documents. The service is accessible via a web dashboard, a REST API, and an MCP server.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any such changes.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and API keys. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must provide accurate information when creating your account. Accounts created with false information may be suspended without notice.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use BulkRender to:

  • Generate or distribute illegal content of any kind
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload our infrastructure
  • Resell or sublicense API access without written permission
  • Use the service for spam, phishing, or any fraudulent purpose

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules without refund.

5. Payment and Credits

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Credits are consumed when documents are generated. Unused credits do not roll over between billing periods unless explicitly stated in your plan.

Credits that have already been consumed are non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days and we will investigate.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of the templates you upload and the documents you generate. By uploading templates, you grant BulkRender a limited licence to store and process them solely to provide the service to you.

BulkRender retains all rights to its platform, branding, and proprietary technology. Nothing in these terms transfers any BulkRender intellectual property to you.

7. Limitation of Liability

BulkRender is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BulkRender's total liability to you for any claim arising under these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time from the dashboard settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
